Quiet and enchanting place with really good staff during check-out. Fantastic double room with comfy beds. Particularly good and incredible location in the llocal business district, easy to get anywhere.

The location was decent and easy, close to the airport with easy access to shopping centers and a small shopping mall. Had lunch/dinner at Snow Ice, which I found relatively near the hotel.

Had a very comfortable stay for a business trip. Everything was good. - We were in an incredible location, just a short walk to numerous restaurants, and to Hongdae, Ewha Womans University, Gangnam. - Guro-Gu district was worth staying in.

The breakfast meal was varied with eggs and local products. Stayed in a big and cozy room with comfy beds. - the location was great and unbeatable, for example, Garibong Outlet was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The location was comfortable, met accommodating staff during check-out. the idea to include an electric kettle and a fridge in the standard twin room was nice. the restaurant had good meals.

I got such great value for my money at Lotte City in Seoul. The room was fantastic and the staff treated me like a VIP throughout my stay. The location was ideal for exploring the city and there were plenty of convenient stores and restaurants nearby.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast choices better was a wider variety of options.
